SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped out as soon as they are made.  I do not keep a ready made inventory.  I make the product once it is ordered, which sometimes requires ordering more blanks to make.  I am a one person business and every product that you see on the website is handmade to ensure that I am providing only the BEST quality items to you.

I am not responsible for teh package once it is shipped.  Please refer to the tracking information via email correspondence for tracking numbers and carrier.  You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly should any issues arise.  Once I hgive the package to the carrier, it is their responsibility to get it to you.  Please file a claim with the carrier prior to emailing me about your order.

All orders will mainly ship via USPS (unless you request otherwise).  I try to keep the shipping rates at a standard rate but if you request otherwise you will pay the difference from what the standard rate would have been.  Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size and carrier rates.

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line.  I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given.  If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, a shipping refund will not be issued.

I amnot responsible for damaged productsdue to shipping.  I package orders with care to ensure no breakage.  If a product is damaged, contact me at bobellagifts@yahoo.com with a photo and the order number, and I will compromise on a final decision for replacement and/or refund if possible.

Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number on file when your order is processedand ready for shipping.  PPLease check your spam folder if you feel you did not receive a tracking email.

Unfortunatley, I do NOT ship internationally.

REFUND POLICY

If there is a specific issue with your order, please email me at bobellagifts@yahoo.com and explain what the issue is and I'll make every effort I can, to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  If it is a personallized item there is absolutely no returns or refunds.  I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
