All items are handmade and I don't guarantee Perfection (I am human and subject to human error).  I do try my absolute best to provide you with a beautiful product that will last.  If you have any issues upon arrival, please do not hesitate to email me.  I will always try to make things right for your order.  All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.  This is because I am the sole creator of each and every individual product that you see on this website, and everything si h andmade.  This ensures taht I am providing only the BEST quality items to you while also maintaining proper packaging.

Here are a few rules to help things go smoothly with your order:

All orders will be shipped via USPS (UPS or FedEX if requested).  Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size and carrier rates.  I will strive to find the most affordable way to ship.

Please ensure  your address is correct in the address line.  I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to me.  If package is returned to sender (me) due to an incorrect address, a shipping refund will not be issued.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Once I give the packe to the carrier, it is their responsibility to get it to you.  Please file a claim with the carrier prior to emailing me about your order.

I am not responsible for damaged prodects due to shipping.  I package orders with care to ensure no breakage.  If a product is damaged, contact me at my email with a photo and the order number, and we will compromise on a final decision for replacement and/or refund!

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

I do not accept returns or refunds on items that are special products (such as requested logos, or things that cannot be resold to more than a specific group).

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items from USPS, UPS or FedEX.
